The daily camping tip thread

Fit some pinch weld to the base of you gas bottles to stop metal on metal rubbing.

For the unitiated what is pinch weld?  I have an idea but just wanted to make sure I am right.... :laugh:

Disregard, just did what I should have done in the first place....Google is my friend....lol

Think of a U shaped piece of heavy plastic with a metal U insert. You simply push it on and it stays put. You typically seat it on car interiors where panels join. You can get it from Clark Rubber.
