It was on shark tank......and had one of the Entrepreneurs invested.

Thought it might be a good option for the work cars.

looks like you still need a real first aid kit, not much mention of the actual contents. And its pretty short to use as a splint, you should be aiming to imobolize the joint above and below the injury.

What's in the swag?

Thanks for posting the contents........

I'm on my mobile and buggered if I could find the list.........looks like good value. I might buy one to have a bopeep and if it's the goods than let the safety department know as the first aid kit in a vehicle is only good for a splinter, no good for a major injury.

Just have to find some money I the budget.......maybe I will put it on bully's account.

I know the shark that invested.......catch up km be very odd accassion via a friend.

The concept seems good, but I wonder how many average travellers are prepared to spend near on $600 for a first aid kit and epirb type device? I didn't look at the specifics of the locator, I assume it works everywhere? Most people give little thought to that stuff really, don't think it'll happen to them. I know I'd be hesitant to spend that sort of money on something like that, even though I know the idea is great and it's a product I likely should have on our remote travels. Already having a first aid kit in my vehicle means the idea of spending that sort of coin to get a new one isn't overly appealing to me. If I didn't have one though, it's a product worth looking at I reckon.

Agree it is a lot of $$ but how much do you pay for health.  We have always travelled with a fairly comprehensive first aid kit in the vehicle but when going for walks etc, have nothing with us.  Is something to think about for where you intend to go.

I saw the product on Shark tank too.

I am interested in buying one with the support of the App adding to the appeal. I know I need to go and redo my first aid (been too long for a refresher to be worthwhile) but in the absence of this the App can only provide additional support and guidance during a stressful time.

Is anyone who has connections to the owner, Muzza etc, able to organise a Myswag Discount? Even if only for genuine Myswag members like what FSShane did?

I have just spoken with the owner of Rescue Swag. He was unaware of our MySwag forum. I have absolutely no affiliation with this company. he is a genuine Aussie bloke whom I trust.  The base model rescue swag retails at $199. Standby, they are looking at joining our forum to promote their product, answer any questions and give a discount to MySwag members.

Here is a short video showing some of the applications of the product and featuring the owner.  He owns a 100 series Cruza, meaning he must be a good bloke  ;D
