I just got an Engel mt45 dual zone fridge and a tilt fridge slide ,
Everytime i slide the fridge out and slide it back the power lead gets in the way and im concerned about damaging it.
Anyone come up with a solution for this?(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170326/856f77d614cde2df48ab92aa1827402b.jpg)

Just Google Cable Track I'm sure you will find something
Its along time ago that I bought it and now have a different set up where I deleted the PITA slide system
-
Cheers edz.
How do you get the cable ends through these or does it clip over the cable?

If you had the fridge on the other side, the cable could be passed up and over the grab handle for the 3rd row passengers.

How did you get around a slide mate?

Lead looks like length is currently an issue (bit hard to see 100% in that pic), so maybe get a longer lead made up to route it better then how it now is.
-
Put the cable in some split tube which makes it stiffer and then wrap around the back handle a couple of times as D4D said. Worked for us.
-
Ive got it through the back handle at the moment.
Lead lengh isnt an issue ive got plenty to spare was just looking for options.

if that's the case, then just do like JCAT mentioned to give it added protection, or maybe use a thicker/ more solid non split tubing.

Small bungee cord and a couple of cable ties. Works well on both the 240 and 12 volt leads.
-
I had a little play with it today but i think i have a plan..
Thanks for all the help and keep it coming.
Open for more advice and hey it may help someone else

I have a key retractor- https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/rexel-retractable-metal-key-holder-ac9810702, (https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/rexel-retractable-metal-key-holder-ac9810702,) which I have cable tied on the cable and the other end fixed to my draw unit, works great

That looks like a cool solution.
I found some split tube cable stuff in the shed and was going to have a play at lunchtime ans see what i can come up with, if that fails i might get one of these
Thanks for the suggestions

how do you find getting items out of the tilt slide setup?
It always looks to me like everthing will pile ontop of what you want down teh bottom corner after tilting?

They are a bit of a pain in the arse but $450 is alot better than $750 for a msa drop slide.
My fridge is the dual zone so its got 2 baskets so stuff dosnt move as much as the singe zone modle
I might upgrade later on but this was all i could stretch at the time
