Well after what seems a mighty long process of doing my research and firming up the mattress with savings (over some years!) I have finally achieved my goal of buying a CT. My research has taken me to a plethora of web sites, forums and the odd visit or two to CT manufacturers all in the quest for a treasure.
With a deal of embarrassment, I must hang my head and admit I have been peering through the fence at this forum engrossed in the experiences and tales of all the swaggers; but without you, I could not have achieved my goal.
So the goal was achieved last month, by good luck, rather than good management, when I purchased a well cared-for Aussie Jay's Big Red from Heath74.
The tent has been retired for a few years now and the Patrol is wired-up all ready to haul on the next journey. So again thank you for the guidance and advice you all provide, whether you realise it or not!
