Sorry it's been a bit between posts. I hope you've been camping lots!
Things have been a bit hectic here! A couple of weeks ago I went to the Outdoor Retailer Show in Denver, Colorado USA and before that the Outdoor Retailer show in Sydney Australia.
They were both incredible, and there is lots of great gear coming out this year. It was amazing, so much new cool gear there. Lots will be hitting the shelves later this year, and some early next year. So lots to look forward to.
In the meantime, we're really excited about some of the new Australian gear that's being developed too!
Most recently, the tent from Outdoor Connection called the Tanbar.
For those of you who arent familiar with Outdoor Connection, they're Australian owned & operated their headquarters is in Brisbane QLD. They've been around for a long time and they have a huge amount of experience in designing quality camping gear. Especially tents.
This tent is a new one from Outdoor Connection that was released only recently.
The Outdoor Connection Tanbar, is a canvas tent, with PVC floors, gusseted windows, awning, heaps of ventilation options and is inflated by air tents.

I think these tents would have even more appeal if equipped with a little 12v compressor and tank, something like this (probably not as big as it looks, the tank is only about 35cm long and 12cm round and could fit neatly in a small toolbox with the compressor.) and couple it with a pressure regulator like this set at about 10psi (0.7kgf/cm) and you would have a virtually effortless instant tent setup. You would also get about 5-6 setups out of the one tank before needing to hook it up to the battery to refill.
