Post by: bert56 on June 07, 2012, 07:15:02 PM
Is anyone going to make pizza on the trip?

Is anyone planning on taking a babyQ and the necessary stone and plate for pizza?

I've got the gear but probably will have trouble fitting it in thats why i asked.

After eating Yogi's pizza last year I went out and hunted up the stone and trays.

Mine are eatable but not as good as Yogi's.

I'll bring some toppings, sauce and cheese, maybe someone will let me use their baby q.

I use the following in my meat lovers:

peperoni (sliced thin)
salami (sliced thin)
diced ham
diced chicken
pizza sauce
pizza grated cheese
barbeque sauce

The last three are required for all pizzas

Sorry Bert, no Baby Q. My bar-b-que is a Gasmate Cruiser. I don't know about using it for pizza.

Mark,

I use Bazaar gourmet bases. I've found these to be the best.
