just wondering if anyone in the Western Sydney/Blue Mountains area might have a trashed side awning that they are otherwise going to chuck in the bin?

I'm really just after the backing alloy plate. Don't care what state the rest of it is in...

I have one you can have, Located in glenmore park near penrith. It is an old super cheap auto one that has been in the sun a long time and the outside cover has perished. Not sure what the rest of the awning is like but you can have it if you want.

oh man... that is PERFECT. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I'm typing this with my absolute last ounces of strength as a wave of man-flu washes over me...

so I'm not sure when I'll be able to grab it from you. (this is assuming that I even survive the next few hours) But sometime in the next week if possible.

What's your drink of choice?
