This style and size would do me if it was 4 berth :(

MDC do a 4 berth pop top in 17ft, they do both single and double axle version from memory.

What was Jet's - a Breakaway 2+2 wasn't it, with 2 bunks for the little 'uns ???

Not sure how big a small person they would hold though?

yeah Lifestyle do a few varieties that have bunks in them, a mate has one of their hybrid type vans with queen bed at rear, bunk beds down drivers side of it and a kitchen and bathroom area inside it also.

IMWO, Hybrids are way overpriced - its the new buzzword so charge top $$. They are expensive and the few we looked at at the last show were .. small.

its the trendy thing to have these days so to keep up with Jones' people pay through the eye of their pee pee... Probably perfect for couples..

FWIW I've noticed a lot of caravans are ****in expensive for the $$ too! Specially some of the restored 1970 models asking near new22017 prices....

Restoration / rebuilding parts sourcing isnt cheap, lots of labour involved to end up with a virtualy brand new 40 yro  van ..
People fall in love with the retro style   ...... till the reality of what its going to cost hits them and at the end they still only have a 40 yro van to try and find a buyer for .

Saw one of these parked in the street today across the road from my in-laws. It's tall all folded up. Much taller that our new  jayco well at least it looked that way to me. All black like a stealth ship.
