Title: Aluminium welding
Post by: lloydus67 on March 16, 2019, 10:29:07 AM
Hello people
I’m looking for a little help.
I have a good inverter arc welder, but have a crack on the aluminium bull bar of my bush badger. It’s only used at work and I don’t really want to buy a new welder for 1 little job.
Does anyone in the brisbane area have a suitable welder that could help me out?
Thanks Lloyd

You could maybe try those aluminium type braising rods. Not sure if they are any good or not though as no personal experience.

I'd take it to a pro. Much quicker, done properly and won't cost you much.

Lol ok
Anyone know some affordable fabrication/ welding workshops that are not stupidly busy and are willing to take on little cash jobs on the south side of Brisbane? I can google but I prefer recommendations from people that have actually used the services.
Thanks Lloyd
