But then if these new ones today make it to more than 30 yrs old then I'm sure they will think the same anyway ............  eventually!

Pretty much all new cars are disposable these days. Not many will make it past their tenth birthday.

In the meantime, we love our 118TSI manual Golf.  :cheers:
