Charters Towers-nice coffee/food
« on: August 23, 2011, 07:57:40 PM »
We have discovered, which I am sure some others may have too, is a magnificent cafe in Charters Towers.

It is adjacent to the Information Centre in Mossman Street in the front of the Stock Exchange.

After being on the road for a few months, it is probably the best  couple of cappuccinos we have had for at least that long.

The food we had for lunch was so nice and it is not all expensive. Beautifully presented and served with a smile. We were among a group of fellow travellers and we all felt the same.

I have no business interest in the business but cannot help but to share the location with you all.

Happy travels
Duncan

G'day Walda47,

Most of the pubs in town serve up a pretty good feed for lunches too........ the Enterprise Hotel down by the railway crossing was always good when i lived there..... Lived there for 12yrs,goodlittle town.
