They built a top-quality camper too, hope things work out for George and crew. Just a bloody shame really  :'(

That's a shame..  didn't know either of them but it's sad to see aussie manufactures closing..

I work for a manufacturing company and we are starting to see the shift of competitors from China now to Europe... 

Obviously we don't make camper trailers...

I know another big Australian made trailer that is hurting thanks to all the imports. Bound to happen, can't compete as much as they want to... Aus made means jack Sh!t these days....
Just need to go to a camper trailer show and see all the identical trailer side by side with different names.

Cub have been making the johno's camper at their factory at North Rocks for at the last 5 years.

Haven't seen him on here for a long time but I always admired his trailers........a very very nice build  :'(
