 Hi, Stookie,

Boiling Billy`s " Camping Guide to NSW " is a great guide to have. Heaps more places than the Camps books.

Cheers, Robyn.

Here`s another link to check out, it tells you at a glance what amenities are available in National Parks in NSW.

Hi hargs, Was a decision we made last week.
Kept talking about it and then wondered what reason I had to sit and complain.
No reason so just making it happen.
We are very excited about the adventure and the date is set.
Our lease on house ends on 26 th April so that's what we are aiming for.

I'm taking my Suzuki DR 650.
We have a rack from motow that goes on the back of hitch and just rolls on.
We had our trailer built with this in mind so the axles have been balanced to suit.

I spent 3 1/2 years doing the 1st lap , things happened  ( Good Things  ) on the road to slow me down . I drove trucks, tractors fork trucks & a grader .Worked sheep & cattle even  herded people .
Its a good idea to plan but don't out plan yourself . If you need it it will come to you  .
As you go people will come into your experience  all will teach you something , listen & learn .
Travel slow look at the beauty around you , listen to your world        ,     can I come to  ;D
You can go your own way . Treg Up & Make Dust

We are excited and nervous. It's a big step with young kids and  I'm sure parks with a dog is going to cause issues. I am not a welder, mechanic or a tradie but I'm not useless with my mechanical skills.
We are keen to go and will take it one destination at a time

It should take you 2 or3 months toreally start to get with the program , then things will flow along as you establish routens . Both of you will adjust to the lifestyle at your own speed , no rush enjoy . Always remember what Chairman Moe said " The longest journey starts with the 1st step " So beat the feet

We will be updating on here where we are going and invite any members to join us for a few days.
No doubt we will have mechanical issues and we will ask for advice on here first.
We will try and get the work going quickly so as not to deplete the funds.
Can't wait.

The first big move has been made.
The car is going in for a valve adjustment , belts, fluids and water pump. All gaskets while it's being done.
Harvest trail book has arrived and whilst I organize the CT mods lil is sorting getting car sorted and looking into our 1st job.
We need to store some bits an bobs and it's proving harder than we thought.
Where's all my mates with half empty garages lol.

Getting there, just dying to give notice at work and get this roadshow started
