Gday all, Glenn from All Terrain replying to this thread even though its a little bit after the event. We use Wax Converters canvas and have done for quite a few years. This is the same canvas company that most Aussie built campers use. If there is a mould problem it has to do with being packed up wet. Damp annexe walls or dew on the floor is still wet in regards to packing up. Whether there is 1 window or 6 like ours, mould will not occur whilst the camper is still erected. It will only occur when the camper is packed up. We recommend to all our owners if the camper is not being used for a couple of months it is a good idea to air out the tent every once in a while to prevent mould happening. Mould will occur in any brand of canvas, be it a swag, tent, camper or roll out awning if the end user does not store the canvas product properly. Wax Converters canvas does not need to be treated with mould repellent prior to use as it comes from their factory pretreated.
Hope this clears up any confusion. Mould can be treated quite simply once it has occurred, but if not removed properly it will reoccur, packed up dry or not,
Regards Glenn
