Cruisindub finally heads home. (and finally says G'day)
« on: November 21, 2011, 10:44:04 AM »
Hello all,

Long time reader, occasional poster. Asked a few questions before and joined in some of the fun online, Not yet introduced myself before and now hoping to be out and about and meet a few members in person soon. Own a 1983 VW self converted camper, that we travelled round in/lived in and now keep that in Europe for our euro travels for when we can. (hence cruisindub) Dont yet have the camper trailer, the wife said we will only get one when the kids come along and we are more than just two. Now starting for a family and I guess the camper trailer will come soon also. Heading back home to Albany WA tomorrow, 15 years working away. Moving into our house and DIY needed so, sadly, camping wont be first priority. Wife only joins me when the rest of our gear in the container arrives so it will be kinda like camping and back to basics for me for a while. Dont yet own a tow rig,or any car for that matter, pushbike will have to do for the moment. Got to get a job also at some stage so proper camping and touring will also have to wait further.
Like myswag.com for the helpful advice given, the fun and the easy going banter, and it doesnt seem so stuck up and clicky as some other forums.

Cheers Paul, aka the dub luvin cruiser
Why do people ask "What the hell were you thinking?"
Obviously I was thinking I was going to get away with it and not have to explain it....

Enjoy your time on the swag, before the wife arrives, and then the kids.
