Hey jet

I haven't read all of this but i see it may be resolved all good for the young block , If for some reason you need to go further ,above the age manager is the junior activities coordinator ,above him junior or club president all surf clubs should also have a ( grievance officer) in my surf club experience they are the best one to sort out trouble between parents kids ect.

If that kid done that when I was more involved as age manager ect I would have sent him straight up the beach to his parents or sat him out of participation .

and dealt with the abuse from his parents later , But seriously slsq do have strict guidelines on this and it generally wont be tolerated. :cheers:Troy

Thanks troy,

I believe the age manager has briefed all up to the club president , so the process is fast and seems very through.

Very positive feeling for us from the club.

So I am so happy the matter is in hand as he loved the day and had a ball.

At the end of the day he gets to enjoy the beach and learn the skills to be safe for himself and eventually help others if he keeps going.
Good outcome.
