Weve  got a bit of cloud pushing in off the sea with this Northerly atm, still pushing 33*C and 85% humidity  in the house, with a bit of luck we might get a sprinkle out of it .

I was driving under that cell that hit behind the sunny coast all afternoon.

Started from the lookout at Ravensbourne.

It was raining when I got to Esk, then Somerset, Kilcoy and when I stopped in at the sawmill at Woodford it really came down for a bit.
Then I got ahead of it again when I got up the range behind Maleny.

By the time I got home it was really getting going, but as with pretty much every storm that comes from that direction, it just split and went around us.

We were forecast yesterday for heavy rain at 3pm.

I watched some cells develop right above us and they took off towards Lowood.
We got zip here, didn't even get a hello, a sorry or anything.

We should cop a 41 or 42 degree high today.
