Looking to head North to the Cape in 5 days time . Watching the weather in central NSW & QLD , watching the Flood Threats coming on .
Have a Go You Mug l say   ,    lm North Bound & Down . Watch out for my mud splatter .

For those heading North  , Hughenden had 48.8MM  Charters Towers 75MM  of rain might chuck in a bit more winch cable & floaties ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Fair dinkum we just had a mini tornado go through, similar to the one we copped at Ulupna Is  ???
Time to go outside and inspect.

It was just as much fun on Sunday night coming in. When the whole plane applauds when the wheels touch and stay on the ground you know you have a good pilot. I am sure a few people lost there dinner on the flight the other night

Last Friday at Mossman in FNQ at 4PM it started to rain as l set camp . Rained all night , packed up very wet . DONT BELIVE THE QLD  BS  ABOUT PERFECT 1 DAY CARP....
Rained all Saturday &  Sunday & the temp wasn't above 12C , l can do better in Vic . Drove through flooded roads up to 600MM deep & flowing fast .
Crossed into NSW at or about Nebel & the sun came out  21C , almost good weather .
What an underwhelming end to a great trip .

                              & l now have a cold too boot              .
