Peter is my name.

My wife and I have been caravanners for a number of years, but as we now own the 200, we have decided to trade in the van on a camper and discover some more adventurous, out of the way, places.

welcome Peter. I nearly bought a caravan, but then realised a CT was a much better idea. Lots of good ideas and good people here. Enjoy.

Welcome Peter,

Keep an eye out for a Central West gathering as the temps warm up a bit.

Lots of friendly folk on here who are both happy to give and receive advice where possible.

Any thoughts on a CT yet, or are you in the early stages?

Welcome to the tribe Peter.  Good luck with your CT purchase decisions.  Lots of options out there.  Hit the search function on the home page if you want to know about a particular brand or model.

Happy camping

Thanks to all for their comments.

As for the camper, we want a hard-floor model and top of our list at the moment is a second-hand Modcon, though there does not seem to be too many of these available at the moment!

To make things more interesting, we want one with a hot water service for the shower.

Anyway, we enjoy looking and researching.
