Another newbie from Brissy
« on: October 28, 2014, 11:21:20 AM »
Hi All,

Was alerted to this forum by a friend in Melbourne and joined up.

Don't have a camper trailer yet, we are going with the tent route for the moment but will get a camper one day.

Have only just started camping with the family and just did a weekend out at Darlington Park near Beaudesert in QLD, borrowed a friend camper trailer. And we have just come back from a week out at Flanagan's Reserve out past Rathdowney in a first outing for our new tent.

Happy to recommend both those camp sites, as they were clean n tidy and had absolutely no issues at all with either of them.

Have just booked in for a week up at Noosa Northshore camp ground for just after New Years after seeing some reviews on this forum.

Will gladly let anyone know if interested how it is after our trip.

Cheers

Adam

Welcome to the forums Adam.

I think you've started on the right track by borrowing a CT. We borrowed and rented a couple of different types to get an idea of what we wanted in a CT.  12 years later and we still have our first purchase and have been very happy with it for all those years.

Cheers
