ahoy from perth hills
« on: February 04, 2014, 04:08:51 PM »
hey gang, im jim and im here to share and absorb info and the tales that come with everything camping.

been in perth my whole life but have explored most of the south west and a few patches up north, ive been a swag user for the past 10 years and have a welth of bush know how.

im going to start a build in the not to distant future of a very basic but versatile camp trailer, but thats another story.

hobbies include shooting and fishing and they seem to be the excuse i tell the ball and chain for the reason i spend so much time away from home, shes reluctant to come but shes slowly coming around the the living off the land mentality!.

Happy travels!

Welcome aboard Jim1.

There are quite a few on the forum from Perth and WA country. I was a hills bloke until Oct but now on the coast.

There is more knowledge on this site than the entire camping industry put together.  I guess that comes with the experience of what works and what don't.
