Jawa Trax-15 White Series / Ensuite
« on: September 21, 2019, 10:34:36 PM »
Anyone own a Jawa Trax-15 White Series / Ensuite and who can provide a review?

Looks OK, was set on the Modcon C3e however the Jawa Trax-15 has more room and seems to be better value for the money.  Plus the Modcon sales manager doesnt seem to be a camper and couldnt answer some simple questions, while the Jawa sales guy could answer all questions with ease and where passionate about their product.

Appreciate any advice - Thanks

Was this the modcon brisbane (capalaba) sales office? I find it hard to believe as they are a family run business. The whole family from what I saw where mad keen on camping when I bought my FF1 a few years ago.

Yes . Product and quality are market leading.  The sales guy just wasnt inspiring when asked simple qestions about the product they sell.  When we placed an order for the C3e  (internal ensuite) we were told it still comes with the external shower pod on the back as thats just how it comes from the factory  We were left with the impression the external shower pod is fully operational. Even asked if hot water is plumbed to it. Evevtually found out many weeks later that there is no water supply to the extetnal shower and will cost an extra $ 950.00.   Asked whats includef in the standard  electrical system and told nothing  except an Anderson plug.  Asked about charging and was told just plug into yiur car?  Asked what if car had a smart charger and was told  matter factily the battery just wont fully charge .  Asked about the Redark BMS30 we had ordered and he said best to call the installer?    I dont think my qestions were unreasonable ?

Stopped in at the Brisbane Modcon office recently on the way back from the tip. The guy we dealt with was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all took a lot of time with us even though they were busy getting ready for the Brisbane show. I find it hard to believe their sales guy unless he was new didn’t know what he was talking about.

Wartim, how did you get on with your camper choice. Did you go further with Jawa?
Seen as your responses were only about modcon I’m interested about your findings with Jawa.

Cheers,
