Title: Hi to all
Post by: Pottsy on December 13, 2017, 01:48:33 PM
New to myswag, recent early retired soft floor campers, (challenge Meridien offroad walk thru with full annexe and a 2000 Pathfinder) Long time camper but enjoying the trailer and a few more creature comforts.
Planning longer trips when the better half has had her DBS for Parkinsons and recovered from the op, hopefully her symptoms will lessen considerably and we can get on with life.
Enjoying the forums

Hi Rob, thanks for your kind words.

Yes camping does help, all the pressures of day to day life seem to disappear and the fresh air and exercise are a great tonic. Plus as the wife says there is always someone far worse off and you just have to deal with the cards you are dealt.

Hopefully this time next year we will be on the way around the coast from Adelaide to Tathra and then inland to Jindabyne, then pick up the Murray and follow it home (3 to 4 months).

Fingers crossed

Have a wonderful Xmas

Hey Grizzly, pretty evident by the number of posts and regular contributors that nobody takes themselves too seriously, but willing to offer help and suggestions where needed.
Looking forward to learning plenty and hopefully being able to help somebody one day.
