Kincrome Bottle Jack
« on: May 11, 2017, 03:22:44 PM »
I purchased a Kincrome bottle jack about 18 month ago.  Only had occasion to use it once or twice soon after purchase.  Then used it in March this year and found it would not stay up with only moderate weight on it.  I contacted Kincrome who requested I take it to one of their retailers for their rep to assess.
A few weeks later they rang to inform me a new jack was there to collect free of charge.  The warrantee had expired some time ago, so I reckon this is pretty good to have a company stand up for their product.
Doesn't happen with a lot of companies.
