Misting fans

I bought one of these http://www.bunnings.com.au/moretti-45cm-high-velocity-misting-pedestal-fan-_p4441364 and its works well once you get the water volume right.  I wonder if something like this could work camping.  A 80psi pump would get the pressure right then you need the fan.

It would probably work great sitting in the shade beside a river etc. You could even pull the water out of the river with a hose and filter. I wouldn't use it inside a camper , because the moisture would soon have mould growing. Especially in places you can not see or reach easily    :cheers:

Yes this one is definitely for outside although there are a range of ones for inside the house, these even have their own water tanks & pumps.

Is 150 watts 240 volts going to be a deal breaker?
