AFL Rd 16 - Geelong to Melbourne - travelling by train
« on: May 08, 2013, 08:48:53 AM »
need some help

just planning the annual footy trip..........we don't have many rounds we can choose from so round 16 looks like it

i assume we have plenty of time up our sleeve to go straight from the CATS game at skilled to the Blues game which is at Edihad as the train departs Geelong at 17:30 and gets into South Melbourne around 18:35...thoughts?

throw in the Pies v Crows game fri night and Bulldogs v Bombers game on sunday = a big weekend

I think your expecting a bit much..
Trains will be packed - if you can get on one and if it runs on time
If you dont.. its a long walk and wait for the next one.
