Usual working weeks I average 4-1/2 hours sleep a day at best, As we camp alone most times and a lot of the time now, its in the fart sack about an hour after dark for the family and awake with the dawn, If theres no reason to stay up, so probably a good 9 hours on average .. So yep I and we do sleep a lot better when out camping .. ;D ;D

Yep same. And even after that don't sleep that well, but Lyndall who doesn't sleep at home, go camping and she is out like a log.

For me it's subconsciously keeping an ear out for new sounds etc. I could sleep through a cyclone if it was an every night occurrence but if a new moth has a leak in the general vicinity then I'm awake. Unless of course I have a few of Grandpa's Coff syrups first!! :cheers:
