27mm and counting, finally a decent bit of rain.

And Fuji, when I got your text yesterday we hadn't had 5mm so most of this has come over night!

We got some mighty dry dirt up this way at present . Most of it is scratched up & ready to go as soon as we get some deep water on to it .Yesterday the still but constant sprinkle started & got heavier as the day went on . The BOM said 12mm so that means we have really had about 23mm in all . Nice start

Yep, I got about 4 acres worked up ready to go so this drop will be great. Was planning on sowing next weekend but might be a bit wet for that now, but is a good problem to have at this time of year.

That's got to be tough on the local farmers, and community in general. Though on a selfish note, we are supposed to be go carting in Bendigo today so hope the rain holds off for that..... Actually no I don't, he it belts down!!

Just came across the Yarra Valley from Dixons Creek. She's blowing a gale and raining cats and dogs out there.

27mm and counting, finally a decent bit of rain.

We got 20mm overnight and this morning, including hail. Great for the garden, not so much for the roof as I have found another leak :(

That's no good, hopefully an easy fix.

We had another 5mm overnight, so 32mm all up. Still trailing Staghornflat though!!!

45mm for us this week, the tanks are getting topped up but the drinking set are only at half way. Declan and I braved the weather today and went out for a mtb ride. The rain held off while we were out but the tracks were very wet and slimy
